Detailed Product Description
The QBY series air operated diaphragm pumps are operated with compressed air while the DBY series electric diaphragm pumps are driven by electric motor, which is suitable for pumping up liquid that have corrosive with granules, of high viscosity, volatile, flammable, explosive or virulent and ceramic slip, comfiture, glue water, oil to be regained on the bilge of an oil tanker and so on. Its specifications are similar to those of German WLLDENPUMPS and American MARIOPUMPS. The flow-passing components are made of stainless steel, A-alloy and cast iron; the membrane is made of nitrile rubber, fluoroelastomer, duprene rubber and politetrafluoroethylene respectively towards different liquid.
QBY pneumatic membrane pump adopts pressed air; steam and industrial exhaust gas as power supply. The suction stroke is 7m, the head is 0-50m and the capacity is 0.8-30m3/h, with no stages adjustable.
